Responding to growing numbers of technology-based businesses in Armstrong County, the Armstrong County Board of Commissioners established the Armstrong County Regional Manufacturing Initiative (ARMTech). ARMTech promotes industry recruitment, advances workforce development, and establishes local supplier relationships within Armstrong County and the surrounding region.
ARMTech Showcase of Industry & Technology
A key component in building local supplier relationships is the ARMTech Showcase of Industry & Technology. The ARMTech Showcase provides local companies and business leaders with the opportunity to network and establish working relationships with companies and organizations from within the region and across the United States. The Showcase also promotes and advances the economic welfare of the area by creating an awareness of investment opportunities and reinforcing the region’s reputation for workforce excellence.
