ALKAB Contract Manufacturing, Inc. (ACMI) is a technology-based job shop providing custom engineering and manufacturing services. We provide single-source application-specific solutions for product and process challenges with unmatched service, quality, and workmanship. ACMI’s technology-based engineering services are comprised of project management, engineering, design, solid modeling and analysis featuring SolidWorks, Unigraphics, Microstation and AutoCAD. ACMI’s technology-based manufacturing services feature precision machining of large and small parts including 5-axis, 4-axis and electronic file to finished part powered by Unigraphics, fabrication and certified welding specializing in aluminum, stainless steel and exotic alloys, electromechanical assembly and systems integration. We will build to customer supplied specifications and drawings or we will design and build to application specific requirements of the customer. ACMI features a Quality Assurance Program committed to the requirements of ISO 9001 and AS9003. Whether it is single component parts, jigs, fixtures, special machines or complete automated systems, ACMI continually proves to be the supplier of choice.
